Apartment Description

Arion Apart 3 is a magnificent summer apartment for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a shared pool and a large garden, located 3 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz beach. It is located in a wonderful complex only 300 meters and a 5-minute walk from Hisarönü center, which is famous for its bars and restaurants, as well as a children's amusement park, go-karts and shopping venues. Our apartment, with its magnificent mountain and pool views, has everything for its guests. You can have a peaceful and safe holiday with your family. Unlimited internet is available in our apartment.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player and air conditioning.

Kitchen:The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 6 people or more, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, teapot and kettle.

1st Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and balcony.

Bathroom: It is in the living room. It has a shower and WC.

Balcony:There is a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. There is enough table and chairs for 6 people.

Penthouse

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and terrace with nature view.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe.

Bathroom: It is in the corridor. It has a shower and WC.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The apartment also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 50 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the apartment. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
