Villa Description

Villa Adel is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, large family villa with a private pool and garden, located 3 km from Fethiye, Ölüdeniz beach. Our villa is in a central location, 200 meters from the center of Hisarünü, where shopping stores, entertainment venues and an amusement park for children are located, and 7 km from the center of Fethiye. Everything has been thought of for the guests who come on holiday in our villa, and you can enjoy your holiday with your family and loved ones in our villa, where nothing is missing.

Note: For reservations under 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 50 £ is requested.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen:The open-plan modern kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

4. Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
