Villa Description

Villa Aden 1 is a conservative luxury holiday villa with 2 bedrooms, a capacity of 4 people, a private pool and a jacuzzi, located in the Karaçulha area of Fethiye. The pool and garden of our villa are not visible from the outside. Ideal for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. It offers our guests a comfortable holiday with its modern structure, large green garden and spacious pool. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, away from the eyes, has everything for our guests. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the spacious garden. Next to our villa, there are Villa Aden 2 - Villa Aden 3 - Villa Aden 4 - Villa Aden 5 and Villa Aden 6. If desired, large family groups can rent this villa on the same dates and spend their holidays together.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 50 is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen equipment for 4 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, LCD TV, wardrobe, make-up table, nightstand and door opening to the pool.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, LCD TV, wardrobe, make-up table and nightstand.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
