Villa Description

Villa Ala is a 4-bedroom holiday villa with a capacity of 8 people, a private pool and garden, and a jacuzzi, located in the Karaçulha yenievler area of Fethiye. It is 7 km from Calis beach and only 1 km from Fethiye centre. You can have a pleasant time with your family in the seating area and children's playground in the garden.

Note:There is a cleaning fee of £ 100 for stays under 7 nights.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LED TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is an exit door to the pool.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, wardrobe and make-up table.

4th Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and terrace.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of £ 50 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

There is a barbecue area, table and chairs for 8 people, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, sun terrace and children's playground.
