Villa Andic 3 is a 2 bedroom, 4 person capacity conservative holiday villa with a sheltered pool and jacuzzi located in Karaculha, Fethiye. Since the pool of our villa is not visible from the outside, it is ideal for religious families, honeymooners and nuclear families. In our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday where no one can disturb you away from the eyes, everything is completely available for our guests. It is a concept villa suitable for families with its large garden and arbor, swing, garden terrace and children's pool.

Interior features of the house

Living Room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, Lcd tv, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen utensils for 4 people and more, washing machine, straightening machine, stove, refrigerator, toaster, teapot and kettle.

1st Bedroom: There is a 2x single bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe ,nightstand.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, wardrobe and nightstand.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Note: Internet usage can be restricted to e-mails, social media sites, news sites, etc. due to the infrastructure of the region. It is sufficient for the subjects, but not sufficient for the usages such as watching movies and videos.

Note: Due to the infrastructure and superstructure works in the region where our villa is located, electricity, water etc. interruptions may occur, this situation is not only related to this villa but also applies to all our villas in the region.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during check-in. On the day of departure, there is no loss, broken, broken, etc. in the villa. If not, the damage deposit will be returned to you.
