Villa Description

Villa Arel 1 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday villa with a capacity of 6 people, a jacuzzi and a private pool, located in Calis, Fethiye. Since the surroundings of our villa cannot be seen from the outside, it is suitable for conservative families. Our villa is located 5 minutes by car from the beach and entertainment venues. Offering our guests a peaceful and happy holiday, our villa has everything complete and modern. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool, hammock, garden swing, children's playground, and have a barbecue in the garden. There is Villa Arel 2 next to our villa for families and groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together.

Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 60 £ is charged.

Internal features of the house

Living room: Modern armchairs, dining table for 6 people, coffee table, unit, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: Separate kitchen, with enough kitchenware for 6 people or more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator and teapot.

Bathroom: It is in the corridor. It has a shower/WC. There is a washing machine.

Interior Room: This is our double room with Jacuzzi. It has a door opening to the garden terrace.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table and nightstand.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table and nightstand.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table and nightstand.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.
