Villa Arel 2 is a 2-bedroom holiday villa with a jacuzzi for 4 people, located in Çalış, Fethiye. Our villa is located 5 minutes by car from the beach and entertainment venues. Ideal for honeymoon couples and nuclear families, our villa offers a comfortable and peaceful holiday. Offering our guests a peaceful and happy holiday, our villa has everything complete and modern. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and children's playground, and have a barbecue in the garden. There is Villa Arel 1 next to our villa for families and groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together.

Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 60 £ is charged.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 4 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen equipment for 4 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, baby bed. It has a door opening to the pool and garden.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe. It has a door opening to the pool and garden.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

External features

There is a private swimming pool, barbecue area, outdoor jacuzzi, dining table, sun loungers, umbrellas, sun terrace, garden swing and children's playground.
