Villa Asya Duo is a luxury holiday villa located in the Hisarönü region of Fethiye, featuring 4 en-suite bedrooms, a private pool, and a jacuzzi, accommodating up to 8 people. It is 3 km from Ölüdeniz beach and only 1 km from the center of Hisarönü. It is within walking distance of Hisarönü center, which includes shopping, entertainment venues, and an amusement park. The villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities. There is a play area for young children.
Note:Pool heating is free during March, April, October, November, and December. Between May 15th and September 15th, the pool heating fee is £125 for 7 nights.
Interior Features
Living Room:The living room has an open-plan kitchen, modern sofas, a dining table for 8 people, LED TV, satellite receiver, and air conditioning. There is an access door to the pool terrace.
Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen with enough kitchenware for 8 or more people, dishwasher, oven, hob, refrigerator, kettle, and teapot.
Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom:Double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, dressing table, and wardrobe.
2nd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, dressing table, and wardrobe.
3rd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, dressing table, and wardrobe.
4th Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, dressing table, and wardrobe.
Damage Deposit:A damage deposit of £100 is collected upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if there is no loss, breakage, or damage to the villa.
Note: All our villas, located in a natural setting, are regularly treated with pesticides. However, there is still a possibility of encountering pests in the area. We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with protected pools. There is always a 10% margin of error in our villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a 'Wide-Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. Therefore, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
