Villa Atılgan is a conservative holiday villa with 2 bedrooms and an additional room with a smart bed and an en-suite bathroom, which can be used as 3 bedrooms, with a jacuzzi, sauna and nature view, for 7 people, located in the Kalkan Üzümlü region. There is a jacuzzi in 2 bedrooms. Villa Atılgan, which will appeal to your taste with its design, offers a unique holiday opportunity to our valued guests.

Note: For stays under 6 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 75 is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is an open-plan living room, modern seating group, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver and dining table. We have an exit from the living room that opens to the pool.

Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, kitchen supplies enough for 7 people. We have access to the garden from the kitchen.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe and make-up table.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, 1 single bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe and make-up table.

3rd Bedroom (Cinema Room): There is 1 double smart bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV and access to the garden.

Others:There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 75 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
