Villa Description

Villa Atlantic is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa with a private pool for 8 people, located in the Ovacık region of Fethiye, Ölüdeniz. All 3 bedrooms of our villa have en-suite bathrooms. It is suitable for large families and groups of friends. It is 1 km from Hisarönü center, famous for its shopping stores and entertainment venues, 4 km from Ölüdeniz beach, and only 7 km from Fethiye centre. All equipment is ready for use in our villa for our guests. A peaceful holiday awaits you in our villa, which is located in a quiet location. Right next to our villa is Villa Atlantic 2.

Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 100 is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with a magnificent open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: The open-plan modern kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, terrace with pool and garden views.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

4th Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
