Villa Description

Villa Batu is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday villa with a private pool, with a capacity of 6 people, located in Ovacik, Fethiye, Oludeniz. Our villa is located 5 km from Ölüdeniz beach. All kinds of tools you may need are available. It is located 2 km from the center of Hisaronu, where shopping stores, restaurants and entertainment venues are located. Our villa has a car garage and internet.

Note: An extra £ 50 cleaning fee is required for stays under 5 nights.

Interior features of the house

Living Room: There is a carefully furnished living room, modern armchairs, a 4-person dining table, Led TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen:There is an open-plan kitchen, enough kitchen utensils for 6 or more people, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle.

Bathroom: Located in the hallway.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

2. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe.

3. Bedroom:There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

Others: Air conditioning is available in all rooms and living room. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 50 is taken during check-in. The damage deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure, if there is no loss, broken, spilled etc. in the villa.

Note: In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. However, pests etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 10% avoidance margin. The photos of the villas on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
