Villa Berin is a 4-bedroom summer holiday villa with a private pool for 8 people, located in the Ovacık region of Fethiye. Everything in our villa has been carefully designed and considered for our guests and is ready for use. Ideal for large families and groups, our villa is located 4 km away from the world-famous Ölüdeniz beach. It is located 2 km from the center of Hisarönü, where shopping stores and entertainment venues are located. Every facility has been considered for the comfort of our guests in our villa.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room, modern seating group, WC, satellite receiver, LCD TV, air conditioning, dining table, chairs and a door to the pool.

Kitchen:The open-plan modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinner set for 8 people, pans, pots, cutlery and other kitchen equipment. .

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe and make-up table.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe and make-up table.

3rd Bedroom:There are 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

4th Bedroom:There are 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 200 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
