Villa Description

Villa Berling Excellence is a luxury holiday villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool for 6 people, a sauna, a Turkish bath and an indoor pool, located close to the center of Fethiye's Hisarönü. The interior design of our villa is carefully designed and equipped with quality items. We are sure that you will have a comfortable and special holiday thanks to its modern architectural structure. All kinds of facilities are provided in our villa for the comfort of our guests. Our villa is located 3.5 km from Ölüdeniz beach, 1 km from Hisarönü center and 7 km from Fethiye centre. Next to our villa, there is Villa Berling Premium with the same features. Those who want to spend their holidays at the same time for large family groups can rent both villas according to the availability calendar.

Note: For reservations under 7 nights, an extra £ 100 cleaning fee is required.

Note: The indoor pool is heated. If desired, pool heating can be activated for £ 30 per day.

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: Open-plan island kitchen, with enough kitchenware for 6 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove and refrigerator.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, LCD TV, make-up table, bedside table, jacuzzi and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, LCD TV, make-up table, bedside table and French bathtub.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, LCD TV, make-up table, bedside table and French bathtub.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 150 is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, the villa will not be damaged by any loss, breakage, debris, etc. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.
