Villa Description

Villa Canozu 1 is a 2-bedroom, conservative holiday villa with a jacuzzi for 4 people, located in Fethiye. The pool area of our villa is not visible from the outside. Everything in our villa, which was completed in 2022, is new and useful. Since its pool is sheltered, it is ideal for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, away from the eyes, has everything for our guests. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the garden. Next to our villa, there is Villa Canözü 2 with the same features.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a living room with an open kitchen, a seating group, a dining table for 4 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen equipment for 4 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot, toaster and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, LCD TV, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, wardrobe, make-up table and door to the pool.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and door to the pool.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 50 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

There is a private swimming pool, barbecue area, sun loungers, umbrellas, sun terrace and veranda.
