Villa Dem is a semi-conservative holiday villa with a capacity of 4 people and a private pool, located in the Çiftlik area of Fethiye. It is ideal for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, has everything for our guests. You can have a pleasant time in your private pool with your family and loved ones and have a barbecue in the garden.
Note: A cleaning fee of £50 is charged for stays under 5 nights.
Note: Pets are allowed with an extra cleaning fee.
Interior features of the house
Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 4 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room to the pool and garden.
Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, kitchenware enough for 4 people and more, a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, teapot and kettle.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, clothes hanger and exit door to the pool area.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, air conditioning, clothes hanger and exit door to the pool area.
Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.
Damage deposit: A £100 damage deposit is taken during check-in procedures. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.
Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% margin of protection in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
