Villa Description

Villa Deta 1 is a 4 bedroom luxury villa with a private pool and jacuzzi with a capacity of 8 people, located in the Ovacik area of Fethiye. Our villa is 4 km from Ölüdeniz beach. All kinds of tools and equipment are fully available for our guests in our villa. You can spend a peaceful holiday with your family and loved ones in our villa in a quiet location. There is a playground for children in the garden. Right next to our villa, there are Villa Deta 2 and Villa Deta 3 with the same features. Large family or friend groups who want to spend their holidays at the same time can rent at the same time according to the availability.

Note:  A cleaning fee of £ 75 is required for rentals of less than 7 nights.

Kitchen: There is an open-plan modern kitchen, enough kitchen utensils for 8 people and more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, tea maker, teapot and kettle.

WC: It is in the living room.

Pool Terrace: It is a balcony with pool and garden view. There is a table and chairs for 6 people.

First floor:

1. Bedroom:Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, wardrobe and balcony.

2. Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, wardrobe and balcony.

Penthouse:

3. Bedroom:There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, LCD TV, wardrobe and terrace.

4. Bedroom:There are two single beds, air conditioning, LCD TV, wardrobe and terrace.

Bathroom:It is in the hallway. It has a shower and WC.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of £ 300 is taken during check-in. On the day of departure, there is no loss, broken, broken, etc. in the villa. If not, the damage deposit will be returned to you.

Note: In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. However, pests etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 10% avoidance margin.
