Villa Description

Villa Down is a conservative villa with 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people, located in Kayaköy, Fethiye, which is famous for its historical structure. Since our villa is surrounded by trees and canvas, it is not visible from the outside. Our villa is ideal for honeymooners and nuclear families. Everything is completely in place for our guests in our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday where no one can disturb you away from the eyes. You can have a pleasant time in your private pool with your family and loved ones and have a barbecue in the garden. Next to our villa is Villa Up. If desired, crowded family groups can rent this villa on the same dates and spend their holidays together.

Note: A cleaning fee of  £ 35 is required for stays of less than 6 nights.

Interior features of the house

Living Room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a 6-person dining table, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door opening from the living room to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen equipment for 4 people and more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot, toaster and kettle.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: £ 100 damage deposit is taken during check-in. On the day of departure, there is no loss, broken, broken, etc. in the villa. If not, the damage deposit will be returned to you.

Note: In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. However, pests etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 5% reserve. The photos of the villas on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
