Villa Description

Villa Elena 2 is a luxury holiday villa located in Kalkan Kalamar location with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a jacuzzi for 8 people and a private platform to enter the sea. You can enjoy your holiday to the fullest in our luxury villa with its large, spacious, scenic garden and pool. Our villa with a unique sea view is located right on the sea. All the details you may need in the villa have been thought out to the smallest detail and the exquisite sea view is visible from almost every room. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool, sea platform, and pergola and have a barbecue in the garden with a sea view. .

Note: This villa also has a platform area where you can enter the sea for our villa customers. This area, which is built on the rocks just below the villa, belongs only to villa customers and is approximately 70-80 meters walking distance from the villa to the sea.

Note: An extra cleaning fee of £200 is requested for reservations under 7 nights.

Important Note: The last 400-500 meters of the road to our villa are stabilized.

Bedroom 2: There is two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony with pool and garden views.

Bedroom 3: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony with pool and garden views.

Bedroom 4: There is two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony with pool and garden views.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A £300 damage deposit is taken during check-in procedures. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage, etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% margin of protection in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
