Villa Description

Villa Emirhan is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa with a private pool for 8 people, located in Fethiye, Göcek region. All 4 bedrooms of our villa have en-suite bathrooms. It is suitable for large families and groups of friends. Our villa is only 2 km away from the center of Gocek, known for its natural beauties, unique seas and beaches, and offers easy access to everything you may need. All equipment is ready for use in our villa for our guests. A peaceful holiday awaits you in our villa, which is located in a quiet location.

Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 100 £ is required.

Entrance floor

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with a magnificent open kitchen, modern armchairs, a recliner, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen:The open-plan modern kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom:Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

2nd Bedroom:There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom:There is a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe.

4th Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe.

Others:There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of 200 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
