Villa Esma Sultan is a luxury holiday villa with 4 bedrooms, a capacity of 8 people, a private pool and a perfect sea view, located in the Faralya region of Ölüdeniz. Our villa, located 13 km away from Ölüdeniz, one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in Turkey, offers its guests a comfortable holiday with its modern interior and exterior architecture. All materials in our carefully designed villa are completely ready for use. It is 13 km away from Ölüdeniz beach and you can reach it in about 15 minutes.

Note: For reservations under 7 nights, an extra 70 £ cleaning fee is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a carefully furnished living room, modern seating group, satellite receiver, LCD TV, air conditioning, coffee table and exit door to the pool.

Kitchen:In the open-plan modern kitchen, kitchen island seating area, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, coffee machine, tea machine, dinnerware for 8 people, pans, pots, Cutlery, cutlery and other kitchen equipment are available.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Master suite bedroom has 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, air conditioning, balcony, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom:Master suite bedroom, 1 double bed, jacuzzi, make-up table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom:There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit : A damage deposit of 200 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. If not, the damage deposit will be refunded 1-2 days after check-out.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
