Villa Feniks 2 is our large family villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool and a private garden, located in the Calis region of Fethiye. Located in a quiet and serene location, our villa offers you a beautiful opportunity with its green garden and large pool. You can have a peaceful holiday with your family and loved ones in our villa, which is 600 meters from Calis beach. You can take a walk in the evening and watch the magnificent sunset at Calis beach, which has the second best sunset in the world.

Note:For stays of less than 7 nights, an extra £ 100 cleaning fee is charged.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LED TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen:The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, make-up table and baby bed.

2nd Bedroom:There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom:There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table and baby bed.

4th Bedroom:There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, the villa will not be damaged, broken or damaged, etc. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
