Villa Description

Villa Frida is a luxury holiday villa with 3 bedrooms, a capacity of 6 people, a perfect sea view, sauna, fitness room, private pool, indoor pool and jacuzzi, located in the Faralya region of Ölüdeniz. Our villa, located 13 km away from Ölüdeniz, one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in Turkey, offers its guests a comfortable holiday with its modern interior and exterior architecture. All materials in our carefully designed villa are completely ready for use. It is 13 km away from Ölüdeniz beach and you can reach it in about 15 minutes.

Note: For reservations under 5 nights, an extra £ 100 cleaning fee is required.

Note: There is no heating in the indoor pool.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room, modern seating group, satellite receiver, dining table for 8 people, LCD TV, air conditioning, coffee table and exit to the pool.

Kitchen: In the open-plan modern kitchen, there is a refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, coffee machine, tea machine, dinnerware for 8 people, pans, pots, cutlery and Knife set and other kitchen equipment are available.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, LCD TV, bedside table, make-up table, en-suite bathroom and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, LCD TV, bedside table, make-up table, en-suite bathroom and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, LCD TV, bedside table, make-up table, en-suite bathroom and exit to the garden.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. If not, the damage deposit will be refunded 1-2 days after check-out.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
