Villa Description

Villa Gün Işığı is a conservative luxury holiday villa with 1 bedroom, 2-person private pool and indoor heated pool located in the İslamlar region of Kalkan. Our villa is offered to our valued guests with its modern concept, comfortable furniture and all the details you may need. Thanks to its sheltered pool area and large garden, conservative families and honeymoon couples can stay comfortably. Our villa is also suitable for accommodation in the winter months thanks to its indoor pool. At the same time, our villa has a seating area in the garden area and a jacuzzi in the master bedroom.

Note: Pool heating fee is £15 per day. It is included in the price in April, May, October and November.

Note: A cleaning fee of £30 is requested for reservations under 7 nights. It is not requested for 2025.

Interior features of the house

Living room: A carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, air conditioning, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver and exit to the pool-terrace area.

Kitchen: Open-plan modern kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, toaster, blender, stove, hood, tea maker, kettle and dining table for 2.

Bedroom:

Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, wardrobe, jacuzzi and indoor pool.

Damage deposit: £50 damage deposit is taken during check-in procedures. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% margin of protection in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
