Villa Description

Villa Kalkan 4 is our exclusive luxury rental villa with 5 bedrooms, a capacity of 10 people, and a nature view, located in the Kalkan Kalamar region. Our villa, suitable for large families, has a magnificent sea view and an alarm system. Each room of our villa has an en-suite bathroom. There is a sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and terrace. All kinds of tools and needs are available for our guests in our villa.

Note:For stays of 7 nights or less, an extra cleaning fee of £ 100 is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LED TV, satellite receiver, DVD player and air conditioning.

Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen, with enough kitchenware for 10 people or more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, balcony with sea view.

2nd Bedroom:There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, balcony with sea view.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, dressing room, balcony with sea view.

4th Bedroom:There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, dressing room, balcony with sea view.

5th Bedroom:Luxury suite master bedroom, panoramic shield, sea and nature view, bathroom, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, sun lounger and seating group.

Terrace: It is a terrace with city and sea views.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
