Villa Kaya Mavi is a 2-bedroom, conservative villa with a jacuzzi for 4 people, located in Kayaköy, Fethiye, famous for its historical structure. Our villa is ideal for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, away from the eyes, has everything for our guests. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the garden. Next to our villa, there are Villa Kaya Dut, Villa Kaya honeymoon and Villa Kaya Levi. If desired, large family groups can rent this villa on the same dates and spend their holidays together.

Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 50 is required.

Note: Pets are accepted in our villa for an extra fee of £ 75.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, an authentic seating area, a dining table for 4 people, TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, kitchenware sufficient for 4 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
