Villa Description

Villa Kayra is a 6-bedroom, 12-person capacity, nature and sea view, sheltered holiday villa located in the Kalkan region of Antalya. It is 1 km away from the nearest beach and the center. Our villa with magnificent sea, mountain and city views has everything considered for our guests and there is nothing missing. A pleasant, fun, peaceful and happy holiday awaits you in a quiet and calm environment with your crowded families and groups of friends.

Note: A cleaning fee of £ 75 is requested for reservations under 6 nights.

House interior features

Living room: There is a carefully furnished open-plan kitchen, modern seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is an exit door to the pool-garden area.

Kitchen: There is an open-plan kitchen, a dining table for 8 people, kitchenware for 12 people and more, a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, electric tea maker, coffee maker, toaster, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table and a balcony with sea view.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, LCD TV, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand and a balcony with sea view.

3rd Bedroom: There is 1 king size double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand and a balcony with sea view.

4th Bedroom: There is 1 double king size bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand and a balcony with sea view.

5th Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand and a balcony with sea view.

6th Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand and a balcony with sea view.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. There is also an iron, ironing board and a hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 125 is collected during check-in. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage, etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit will be returned to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% margin of protection in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
