Villa Description
Villa La Casa Rosa is a 4-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool and garden, with a capacity of 8 people, located in Ovacık, Fethiye. It is a large family villa and is close to the centre. In our villa, everything has been considered for you, our valued guests, and there is nothing missing. There is a jacuzzi in our villa.
Note: For reservations under 7 nights, an extra 100 £ cleaning fee is required.
Internal features of the house
Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room, modern seating group, WC, satellite receiver, LCD TV, Internet, air conditioning, dining table and exit to the pool.
Kitchen: In the open-plan modern kitchen, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, dinnerware for 8 people, pans, pots, cutlery, Knife set and other kitchen equipment are available.
Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioning and bedside table.
2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioning and bedside table.
4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.
Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.
Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
