Villa Description

Villa Lamazi 3 is a luxury rental villa with 3 bedrooms, 6 person capacity, nature and sea view, sauna, Turkish bath, located in Kalkan Kördere region. Each room of our villa has an en-suite bathroom. There is a sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and heated indoor pool. All kinds of equipment and needs are ready for use for our guests in our villa.

Note: Pool heating fee is £ 20 per day.

Note: An extra £ 100 cleaning fee is requested for reservations under 6 nights.

Interior features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LED TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and access to the pool.

Kitchen:There are kitchenware enough for 6 people and more, a dishwasher, microwave oven, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, en-suite bathroom, balcony.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, dressing table, en-suite bathroom, balcony.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A £ 100 damage deposit is taken during check-in procedures. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage, etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests, etc. in the surrounding area. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% protection margin in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
