Villa Description

Villa Lamia is a conservative 2-bedroom villa with a private pool and a capacity of 4 people, located in Kayaköy, Fethiye. Kayaköy has a historical structure with old Greek houses. The pool and garden of our villa are not visible from the outside. Ideal for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, away from the eyes, has everything for our guests. Our villa is 7 km from Ölüdeniz beach and 7 km from Gemiler bay. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the garden.

Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 50 £ is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 4 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchenware for 4 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot, toaster and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
