Villa Description

Villa Lemuria is a family villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private pool and jacuzzi, with a capacity of 6 people, located in Fethiye, Hisaronu. It is 100 meters from the center of Hisaronu, where there are shopping stores, entertainment venues and a funfair for children, 3 km from Ölüdeniz beach, and only 7 km from Fethiye centre. It is our rental villa with a private pool where you can spend a comfortable holiday with your family and relax in a quiet environment and relieve all your tiredness. It offers you an unforgettable holiday with its well-kept large garden and large clean pool.

Note:A cleaning fee of £ 60 is required for stays of less than 6 nights.

Living Room: There is a meticulously furnished living room with an open kitchen, air conditioning, modern armchairs, a 6-person dining table, LED TV, satellite receiver, high chair and a door opening to the pool.

Kitchen: There is an open-plan kitchen, enough kitchen utensils for 6 people and more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, wardrobe and balcony with nature view.

2. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, baby bed, wardrobe and balcony with nature view.

3. Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

Others: Air conditioning is available in all rooms and living room. There is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage deposit:  £ 100 damage deposit is taken during check-in. On the day of departure, there is no loss, broken, broken, etc. in the villa. If not, the damage deposit will be returned to you.

Note:In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. However, pests etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 10% avoidance margin.
