Villa Luva 3 is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa with a private pool for 8 people, located in the Hisarönü region of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. All 4 bedrooms of our villa have en-suite bathrooms. It is suitable for large families and groups of friends. It is 150 m from Hisarönü center, famous for its shopping stores and entertainment venues, 3.5 km from Ölüdeniz beach, and only 7 km from Fethiye centre. All equipment is ready for use in our villa for our guests. A peaceful holiday awaits you in our villa, which is located in a quiet location.
Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 50 is required.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.
4th Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.
Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. Additionally, the villa has a French bath, sauna, high chair, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.
Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
