It is only 10-minute walking distance of all the shops and Kayakoy Ruins, surrounded by peaceful surroundings. Sleeps up to 4 people, with 1 ensuite and a shared bathroom. This stunning villa has a private pool and well-kept gardens, with many trees and flowers. There is a BBQ area where you can enjoy your evenings with your family and friends. 

Note: The last 600 m of the road to the villa is the narrow road that only one vehicle can go.

Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen, fully equipped. Includes a Dishwasher, Oven, Hob, Fridge/freezer, Toaster, Kettle and Washing Machine.

Bedroom 1: Double bed with A/C Unit, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Two single bed with A/C unit, Wardrobe.

Bathroom 1: Shared bathroom with a toilet, single washbasin.

Balcony: There is a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. There are enough tables and chairs for 4 people.

Note: Due to the infrastructure of the region, the Internet can be used to receive an e-mail, social networks, news, etc, but not for watching movies and videos.
