Villa Manya is a large family villa with 5 bedrooms, 10 people capacity, indoor heated pool located in Fethiye Ovacık area. With its quiet and calm pool area and location close to the center, it offers the opportunity to spend a happy and calm holiday with your loved ones. Everything has been considered for our valued guests in the villa and there is nothing missing.
Note: An extra £100 cleaning fee is requested for reservations under 6 nights.
Note: Water and electricity (weekly usage quota 250kw) are included in the price. In case of excess electricity, the exceeded amount is requested.
Interior features of the house
Living room: It has a seating group, satellite receiver, LCD TV, air conditioning, a door opening to the pool and garden.
Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen, refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, electric kettle (kettle), toaster, dining table for 6 people, pans, pots, cutlery and other kitchenware are available.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, jacuzzi, air conditioning and toilet.
Bedroom 2:Double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Twin beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 5: Twin beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.
Others: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.
Damage deposit: A £200 damage deposit is taken during check-in. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.
