Ground Floor:

Lounge / Kitchen: Our villa, which has an open kitchen design, has carefully selected modern armchairs, 2-person dining table, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. It has a door opening from the living room to the pool and garden

Bedroom 1: Double bed with A/C Unit, jacuzzi, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom..

Bathroom 1: 1 En-suite Bathroom.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool with dimensions of 3.5 m x 5 m and a depth of 1.5 meters. The pool and garden are held once a day in the morning or evening. There are also 4 sun loungers and an umbrella by the pool.

Heated Pool : It is 3m x 3m in size and 1.5m deep and has a jacuzzi feature. Heating is switched on free of charge between October 1st and May 31st, and it is switched on for an optional fee in other months.

Balcony: There is a balcony and a sitting area that opens to the pool from the living room.

Note: For stays less than 1 week, an extra 250 TL cleaning fee is charged.

Note: Due to the infrastructure of the region, the Internet can be used to receive an e-mail, social networks, news, etc, but not for watching movies and videos.

Note:Spraying is carried out regularly in all our villas with nature monitoring. Despite this; butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is presence.

Damage Deposit

Upon your arrival, we charge £ 50 damage deposit for missing or broken appliances but after inspection, the money will be refunded to you before your departure
