Villa Description

Villa Merlot is a 1-bedroom, 2-person private pool and jacuzzi holiday villa located in the İkizce region of Kalkan. Located in a quiet environment in nature, the pool and garden area of our villa is sheltered and is quite suitable for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Our villa promises a beautiful holiday to our valued guests with its modern stone architecture, comfortable furniture furnished with fine details and a large garden area where you can have fun.

Note: A cleaning fee of £50 is requested for reservations under 7 nights.

Interior features of the house

Living room: There is a living room with an open kitchen, air conditioning, sofa set, LCD TV, satellite receiver and exit to the pool-terrace area.

Kitchen: There is an open-plan kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, hood, teapot, kettle, Turkish coffee machine and a dining table for 2 people.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, jacuzzi, dressing table and balcony with pool-terrace-nature view.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A £100 damage deposit is taken during check-in procedures. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% margin of protection in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
