Villa Nesta Trio is a 3-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool and a capacity of 6 people, located in the famous Kayaköy area of Fethiye. Our villa, located in Kayaköy, a region that attracts you with its historical beauties and clean nature, promises you a peaceful and comfortable holiday. Our villa, which was completed in 2023, is at the service of our valued guests with its modern and stylish design and spacious structure. Thanks to its large garden and sheltered pool area, honeymoon couples, nuclear families and conservative families can easily accommodate. Our villa also has a children's pool. Right next to the villa, Villa Nesta and Villa Nesta Duo are located, providing an excellent accommodation opportunity for holidaymakers who want to stay side by side if the dates are available.

Note:For reservations under 5 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 50 is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: A carefully furnished living room with a magnificent open kitchen, air conditioning, modern armchairs, fireplace, LCD TV, satellite receiver and access to the pool-terrace area.

Kitchen: Open-plan modern kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, microwave, toaster and dining table for 6 people.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, LCD TV, bathtub and exit to the pool area.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 50 is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
