Villa Description

Villa Pinokyo 5 is a 4-bedroom, 8-person private pool holiday villa located in the Ovacık region of Oludeniz. Our villa, which has a spacious garden and pool area where you can relax with your family, is located on the skirts of Babadag. Our villa is 5 km from Oludeniz beach and 2.5 km from Hisarönü center, where entertainment venues, shopping malls and restaurants are located. You can spend your holiday peacefully and safely in our villa, which is 7 km from Fethiye center.

Note: An extra £70 cleaning fee is requested for accommodations under 5 nights.

Interior features of the house

Living room: A carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, LED TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen:Open-plan kitchen, kitchenware enough for 8 or more people, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, tea maker and coffee maker.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1:Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table and balcony.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe.

Bedroom 4: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table and balcony.

Others:All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit:A £100 damage deposit is taken during check-in. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% protection margin in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

Exterior features:There is a private swimming pool, children's pool, barbecue area, garden seating group and car park area.
