Villa Description

Villa Opera 1 is our luxury holiday villa with 4 ensuite bedrooms, a capacity of 8 people, a private pool and jacuzzi, located in the Hisarönü region of Fethiye. It offers our guests a comfortable holiday opportunity with its modern architecture and materials. The materials in the villa are ready for use. The location is 3 km from Ölüdeniz beach and 500 m from Hisarönü center, where shopping stores, entertainment venues and amusement parks are located. Our villa has all the equipment you may need. There is Villa Opera 2 next to our villa for our guests who want to spend their holidays together.

Note: For reservations under 7 days, a cleaning fee of 50 £ is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LED TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, wardrobe and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, wardrobe and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, wardrobe and balcony.

4th Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, wardrobe and balcony.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

There is a private swimming pool, children's pool, barbecue area, table and chairs for 8 people, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, garden swing and sun terrace.
