Villa Description

Villa Piri is a 4-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool and garden, with a capacity of 8 people, located in Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. All bedrooms of our villa have a toilet and bathroom. There is a private barbecue area in the garden. The shopping store is 2 km away from Hisarönü center, famous for its entertainment venues.

Note: For reservations under 5 nights, an extra 100 £ cleaning fee is required.

Note: Water and electricity (weekly usage quota 250kw) are included in the price. In case of excess electricity, the excess amount will be requested.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a carefully furnished living room, seating group, WC, satellite receiver, LCD TV, air conditioning, dining table and exit to the pool.

Kitchen: In the open-plan modern kitchen, there is a refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, dinnerware for 8 people, pans, pots, cutlery and cutlery. Other kitchen equipment is available.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, balcony, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom:There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, terrace, bathroom and toilet.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of 200 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
