Villa Porsuk is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental luxury holiday villa with jacuzzi for 6 people, located in the center of Fethiye. The interior design of our villa is carefully designed and equipped with quality items. Our villa has a sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool so you can have fun. All kinds of facilities are provided in our villa for the comfort of our guests. There is a magnificent view of Fethiye bay from the pool area and room terraces of our villa.

Note: For rentals under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 100 is requested.

Note: Our villa has been sheltered with a retractable curtain system.

Note: Pool heating can be activated between 1 October and 30 April for an extra fee of £ 25 per day.

Note: The last 1 kilometer of the road to the villa is a steep hill.

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room, indoor pool, modern armchairs, dining table, fireplace, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: Open-plan island kitchen, kitchen equipment sufficient for 6 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot, coffee machine, popcorn machine, toaster, filter coffee machine, tea maker and kettle. .

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, French bathtub, air conditioning, LCD TV, wardrobe, balcony with pool and garden views.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony with pool and garden views.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double smart bed, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning, LCD TV, wardrobe, balcony with pool and garden views.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
