Villa Description

Villa Renk is a 2-bedroom, conservative holiday villa with a private pool that can accommodate 4 people, located in the Çayköy region of Kalkan. Our villa is located in nature and in a quiet and peaceful environment. With its stylish architecture, modern decoration and spacious structure, every detail you may need has been considered down to the smallest detail. Conservative families, nuclear families and honeymoon couples can easily stay in our villa, which has a sheltered pool area. In addition, there is a stylish jacuzzi in the main bedroom of our villa and a jacuzzi in the garden covered with greenery that will please your eyes.

Note:A cleaning fee is required for reservations under 7 nights.

Internal features of the house

Living room: A carefully furnished living room with a magnificent open kitchen, air conditioning, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver and access to the pool-terrace area.

Kitchen: Open-plan modern kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, stove, toaster, tea maker, filter coffee and Turkish coffee machine, microwave oven and dining table for 6 people.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, make-up table, jacuzzi, television, bedside table, wardrobe and exit to the garden area.

2nd Bedroom:Two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi and access to the pool-terrace area.

Others:There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of £ 150 is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

There is a private swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, barbecue area, garden seating area, dining table, sun loungers, umbrellas, gazebo, children's playground, table tennis, table tennis and garden swing.
