Villa Description

Villa Simay is a 1-bedroom, conservative honeymoon villa with a private pool and jacuzzi, with a capacity of 3 people, located in Ovacık, Fethiye. Our villa has a large and useful garden area and offers its guests an unforgettable holiday with its magnificent view of Babadağ. The furniture group, barbecue and foosball in the garden section allow our guests to have a comfortable and fun time. For our guests who want to spend their holidays together, there are Villa Simi and Villa Miray located next to our villa.

Note: For stays under 5 nights, an extra £ 50 cleaning fee is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: Modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and bathroom/WC. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchenware for 3 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle.

Bedroom:

Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi and clothes rack.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
