Villa Spring 1 is a luxury holiday villa for rent in Fethiye - Ovacık with 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people, a private pool and jacuzzi. Our villa has all the necessary equipment for our guests. You can eat delicious meals with your family and loved ones in its large garden and have pleasant moments. Villa Spring 1, which offers a unique holiday opportunity, is ready to welcome you. Villa Spring 2 and Villa Spring 3 are right next to our villa.
Note: A cleaning fee of £50 is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.
Interior features of the house
Living room: There is a magnificent open kitchen living room, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, access to the pool and garden.
Kitchen: There is an open-plan modern kitchen, kitchenware enough for 8 people and more, a dining table for 6 people, a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and kettle.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, jacuzzi, LCD TV, armchair, kettle, wardrobe, nightstand and balcony.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table and balcony.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table and balcony.
Others: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.
Damage deposit: A £100 damage deposit is taken during check-in. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.
Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% protection margin in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
