Villa Description

Villa Su Duo is our luxury holiday villa located in the Ovacık region of Fethiye, with a capacity of 8 people with 4 bedrooms and special options such as in-pool jacuzzi, billiards and foosball. It offers our guests a comfortable holiday with its modern interior and exterior architecture, carefully designed architecture and equipment. All the tools and equipment you may need are ready for use in our villa. There is a shallow pool-jacuzzi and a children's pool section in the pool area of our villa. Our villa is located 4 km from Ölüdeniz beach and 2 km from Hisarönü center. Additionally, for our guests who want to spend their holidays together, there are Villa Efes and Villa Gizmo, which are in the same place and have the same features.

Note: For short-term stays under 5 days, the cleaning fee is 109 £.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms ;

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, air conditioning and LCD TV.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, air conditioning and LCD TV.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, air conditioning and LCD TV.

4th Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, air conditioning and LCD TV.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there is a possibility that there may be pests etc. in the environment. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

External features

There is a barbecue, seating group, table football, billiards, table tennis, garden swing, sun loungers, umbrellas and garden furniture. There is also a children's pool, jacuzzi and shallow pool section in the pool section.
