Villa Sunrise is our 3-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool for 6 people, located in Kalkan Kördere. The interior architecture of our villa has been created and renovated in a modern way and is equipped with the most special materials for the comfort of our guests. Ideal for core families, our villa offers a nice holiday opportunity to its guests with its redesigned modern structure. Our villa has an excellent view of Kalkan and the sea. Our villa has a private jacuzzi and infinity pool options.

Note: An extra 650 TL cleaning is requested for rentals under 7 nights.

Note: Villa Sunshine is located right next to our villa, it can be a suitable option for large families who want to spend their holidays together.

Ground Floor:

Lounge: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a 6-person dining table, Lcd tv and air conditioning. There is a door opening from the living room to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen utensils for 6 people and more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle.

Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, bedside table and make-up table.

Bedroom 2: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table and make-up table.

Bedroom 3: There is a double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe and bedside table.

Terrace: It is the section next to the pool section with a barbecue area and enough tables and chairs for 6 people.

Others: There is also an iron and ironing board in the villa.

Note: Due to the infrastructure and superstructure works in the region where our villa is located, interruptions such as electricity, water, etc. may occur, this situation is not only related to this villa, but also applies to all our villas in the region.
Note: Internet usage is limited to e-mails, social media sites, news sites, etc. due to the infrastructure of the region. It is sufficient for the subjects, but not sufficient for the usages such as watching movies and videos.

Damage Deposit

Upon your arrival, we charge £ 100 damage deposit for missing or broken appliances but after inspection, the money will be refunded to you before your departure
