Villa The Roe House is our conservative holiday villa with 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people located in Fethiye. The pool and garden part of our villa is not visible from the outside, it is an ideal villa for honeymooners and nuclear families due to its sheltered areas. The large garden area offers a comfortable and comfortable holiday opportunity for our guests. In our villa, which is located in a peaceful and happy location away from the eyes, where no one can disturb you, everything is completely available for our guests. You can have a pleasant time in your private pool with your family and loved ones and have a barbecue in the garden.

Note: An extra £ 50 cleaning fee is required for stays under 7 nights.

Interior features of the house

Living Room:There is a living room with an open kitchen, a sitting group, a dining area for 4 people, an LCD TV, a unit, a satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door opening from the living room to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an island concept kitchen with an open kitchen, enough kitchen utensils for 4 people and more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, French bathtub, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, make-up table and exit door to the pool.

2nd Bedroom:There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, wardrobe and exit door to the pool.

Others:There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: £ 150 damage deposit is taken during check-in. On the day of departure, there is no loss, broken, broken, etc. in the villa. If not, the damage deposit will be returned to you.

Note:In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. However, pests etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 10% avoidance margin. The photos of the villas on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
