Villa Description

Villa Truva is a luxury holiday villa with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an indoor pool and sauna for 7 people, located in the Hisarönü region of Ölüdeniz. The interior design of our villa is carefully designed and equipped with quality items. Since our villa has an indoor heated pool, it is suitable for our guests who want to have a holiday during the winter months. Our villa is 4 km from Ölüdeniz beach and 2 km from Hisarönü center. All kinds of facilities are available in our villa for the comfort of our guests. Next to our villa, there is Villa Seher, positioned in the same way. Large family groups can rent 2 villas at the same time and spend their holidays together if they wish. Since the balcony on the rooftop of the villa next to it is closed, there is no possibility of seeing the pool and garden from the side.

Note: If pool heating is required, it must be stated at the time of reservation. Pool heating costs £ 30.

Note: For rentals under 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee of £ 100 is charged.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony with pool and garden views.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony with pool and garden views.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe and make-up table.

4th Bedroom: There is a single bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe and make-up table.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 150 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
