Villa Yalçın 4 is a luxury holiday villa for rent with a private pool and jacuzzi with a capacity of 8 people with 4 bedrooms located in Fethiye - Ovacık. All 4 rooms of our villa have en-suite bathrooms. Suitable for large families and groups of friends. It is 750 m to the center of Hisaronu, famous for its shopping stores and entertainment venues, 3 km to Oludeniz beach, and only 7 km to Fethiye centre. All tools and equipment are ready to use for our guests in our villa. A peaceful holiday awaits you in our villa in a quiet location.

Note: A cleaning fee of £ 100 is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, jacuzzi, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden view.

2nd Bedroom:There are two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, sauna, air conditioning, wardrobe, large balcony with pool, garden and city views.

3. Bedroom:It has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, jacuzzi, wardrobe and a door opening to the garden.

4. Bedroom: There are two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

Others: Air conditioning is available in all rooms and living room. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit:  £ 100 damage deposit is taken during check-in. On the day of departure, there is no loss, broken, broken, etc. in the villa. If not, the damage deposit will be returned to you.

Note:In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. However, pests etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 10% avoidance margin.
