Villa Yasmin 3, is located in the region of Islamlar, a region of Kalkan town, one of the most popular holiday destinations in Antalya. It is one of 10 buildings according to its architectural structure. There is a pavilion with a garden specially for you to sit in the presence of our vision villa. If you wish, we recommend you a hammock under the shade of the trees to have a quiet sleep.The pool of our villa, which has its own private pool, is not visible from the outside. We do not guarantee that our villas with pools will never be seen from the outside, these villas always have a minimum of avoidance.

Ground Floor:

Lounge: Large open-plan living room with modern furniture and a big flat-screen TV. There is air conditioning, television, internet, satellite receiver, sofa set and dining table. We have an exit from the living room to the pool.

Kitchen: Modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped. Includes Dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, washing machine, oven, 4-burner, 4-person dinner set, different, spoon, knife, cutlery, pots, glasses and pans. We have an exit from the kitchen to the garden.

Pool Detail: There is pool in the garden from our villa. 

Dimensions of the pool in the garden: Our pool, which is 10m long and 4 m wide, has a depth of 1.70 m. Pool maintenance and cleaning is done every day.

Garden detail: There is a nice area for sunbathing, swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrella, pavilion, hammock and table chair for protection from the sun. Garden maintenance and cleaning is done every day.

Bedroom 1: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, LCD TV, air conditioning, wc and bathroom. There is an exit from the room to the garden.

Bedroom 2: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioning, wc and bathroom. There is an exit from the room to the garden.

Bathroom : All bedrooms are En-suite.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas corridor will be charged to the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There is no additional charge.

Since our villas are located in nature in terms of their location, spraying is done regularly. Nevertheless, butterflies, insects, flies, etc., which will not disturb the environment to a large extent. there is a possibility.

The region of Islam is rugged and hilly in terms of its geographical structure. You need to have a vehicle or buy a vehicle for transportation.

Note: Due to the infrastructure of the region, the Internet can be used to receive an e-mail, social networks, news, etc, but not for watching movies and videos.
