Villa Asya is a private villa with 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people, located in Kalkan Islamlar area. The pool and garden of our villa are not visible from the outside. A comfortable environment awaits you with your family in the large garden area. It is an ideal villa for honeymooners and nuclear families. In our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday where no one can disturb you away from the eyes, everything is fully available for our guests. You can have a pleasant time in your private pool with your family and loved ones and have a barbecue in the garden. A nice holiday awaits you in Islamlar, one of the most popular holiday resorts of recent years.

Ground Floor:

Lounge: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a 6-person dining table, Lcd tv, satellite receiver, vacuum cleaner and air conditioning. There is a door opening from the living room to the pool and garden. There are also game products (chess-backgammon-cards, darts, table football, okey)

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen utensils for 4 people and more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, teapot, toaster, dispenser and kettle.

Bedroom 1: Double bed with A/C Unit, jacuzzi, make-up desk, Lcd Tv, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: 2 single bed with A/C unit,make-up desk,Wardrobe.

Bathroom 1: Shared bathroom with a toilet, single washbasin.

Terrace: This is the section next to the pool area with a barbecue area and enough tables and chairs for 6 people.

Garden:Children's Trampoline, Hammock, Swing, basketball hoop, 2 mini castles, pear seats, table tennis and 1 bicycle.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Note: Due to the infrastructure and superstructure works in the region where our villa is located, interruptions such as electricity, water, etc. may occur, this situation is not only related to this villa, but also applies to all our villas in the region.
Note: Internet usage is limited to e-mails, social media sites, news sites, etc. due to the infrastructure of the region. It is sufficient for the subjects, but not sufficient for the usages such as watching movies and videos.

Damage Deposit

Upon your arrival, we charge £ 100 damage deposit for missing or broken appliances but after inspection, the money will be refunded to you before your departure
